Professional Experience
Prior to getting real estate license, Alexey enjoyed a promising career in construction, being a part of a team to build homes from scratch. This allows to better evaluate homes condition, often guiding buyers away from unsafe homes even prior to ordering inspections. Over the years Alexey has accumulated vast knowledge in intricacies of real estate transactions, everything from tax planning, prior to sale preparation, eviction of unruly tenants, perfecting contracts and mastering negotiation techniques.Hundreds of satisfied buyers, sellers and investors are a testimony.
